India and Austria have agreed to cooperate in the area of science and research. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Federal Chancellor of the Republic of Austria Karle Nehammer signed on an agreement on Wednesday.
Austria Chancellor Karl Nehammer wrote on Twitter that in the areas of science and research they were very close to conclude an important cooperation agreement between Austrian and Indian technical universities. This agreement as well as further partnerships will considerably enhance our cooperation in the fields of pharmaceuticals.
“Prime Minister Narendra Modi and he agreed that the West and the countries of the global South must combine forces to further pursue the path chosen at the peace summit in Switzerland,” Karl Nehammer wrote on Twitter.
He further said that India has a crucial role in Ukraine. The war in the Ukraine must end; Austria will make.
